Effective Date: June 1, 2026
App Name: AED
Operator: AED, RAL LLC
Contact: aed@labdood.com
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AED, including any Discord bot, Discord application, website, dashboard, API, commands, automations, messages, notifications, documentation, beta features, and related services we provide (collectively, the “App”).
By installing, inviting, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of a Discord server, organization, community, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App and remove it from your Discord server or account.
The App is currently in development and is not a production-ready service. The App may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, outages, delays, inaccurate outputs, security limitations, data loss issues, or other problems.
You understand and agree that:
the App is provided for testing, evaluation, experimentation, and development purposes;
features may be added, changed, suspended, limited, or removed at any time;
commands, responses, automations, integrations, and outputs may not work as expected;
the App should not be used for mission-critical, emergency, safety-critical, financial, legal, medical, compliance, production, or high-reliability purposes; and
we are not obligated to continue operating, supporting, maintaining, or releasing the App.
The App operates on or through Discord and may rely on Discord accounts, servers, permissions, APIs, developer tools, and platform features. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s own terms, policies, rules, and platform requirements.
We do not control Discord. We are not responsible for Discord’s availability, performance, moderation actions, account restrictions, server restrictions, API changes, outages, errors, rate limits, permission systems, or policy changes.
You must comply with all Discord terms, community standards, developer rules, and applicable server rules when using the App.
You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You may not use the App if:
you are prohibited from using Discord or the App under applicable law;
your Discord account has been suspended, banned, or restricted in a way that prevents lawful use of the App;
you are using the App for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes; or
you are unable to agree to these Terms.
If you are under the age required to use Discord or enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may not use the App unless permitted by Discord and applicable law and, where required, with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for your Discord account, server configuration, roles, permissions, channels, integrations, and any activity occurring through your account or server in connection with the App.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for:
deciding whether to install, invite, authorize, configure, or remove the App;
granting only the permissions reasonably needed for the App to operate;
informing server members, where appropriate, that the App is present and may process commands, messages, identifiers, or other Discord-related data;
monitoring App behavior in their server; and
removing the App if they no longer wish to use it.
We may refuse, suspend, limit, or revoke access to the App at any time if we believe use of the App violates these Terms, Discord’s requirements, applicable law, third-party rights, security standards, or the intended development/testing purpose of the App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the App for lawful development, testing, evaluation, community, or personal purposes.
This license does not permit you to:
copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except as expressly authorized by us;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or underlying systems, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
bypass usage limits, security measures, authentication systems, permissions, rate limits, or access controls;
use the App to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing service without our written permission;
interfere with or disrupt the App, Discord, other users, or third-party systems; or
use the App in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk for us, Discord, or others.
You agree not to use the App to:
violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, contract, or third-party right;
harass, threaten, abuse, defame, exploit, impersonate, dox, or harm others;
generate, distribute, or facilitate spam, scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, fraud, or deceptive activity;
collect, store, disclose, or misuse personal data without proper authority and consent;
upload, transmit, request, or process illegal, harmful, exploitative, or infringing content;
evade bans, moderation actions, Discord restrictions, server rules, or platform safety systems;
automate behavior that violates Discord rules or creates excessive load on Discord or the App;
manipulate metrics, engagement, messages, reactions, moderation systems, or access controls;
test vulnerabilities, probe systems, or conduct security research without prior written authorization;
use the App for emergency services, life-safety operations, regulated professional advice, or other high-risk uses; or
assist any other person in doing any of the above.
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable commands, restrict functionality, suspend access, delete data, or report unlawful conduct where appropriate.
You may provide messages, commands, prompts, configuration values, files, feedback, server settings, or other content to the App (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant under these Terms. By providing User Content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, store, analyze, and use that User Content as reasonably necessary to:
operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App;
respond to your commands or requests;
debug, test, and develop App features;
enforce these Terms;
comply with law; and
prevent abuse, fraud, spam, or security incidents.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to provide User Content to the App and to grant the license above.
We are not responsible for User Content submitted by users, server members, administrators, or third parties.
The App may generate, send, display, summarize, classify, transform, route, store, or automate information (“Outputs”).
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, offensive, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Outputs before relying on them.
You should not rely on Outputs as professional advice, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, medical advice, security advice, compliance advice, or any other advice requiring a licensed professional.
Because the App is in development, you agree not to use the App for:
production systems requiring reliable uptime or accuracy;
emergency response or safety-critical operations;
financial trading, investment execution, or asset management decisions;
medical, legal, tax, regulatory, or compliance decisions;
automated moderation without human review where errors could materially affect users;
storage of the only copy of important information; or
any use where failure, delay, error, or data loss could result in harm, liability, financial loss, or significant disruption.
Any such use is at your own risk.
Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy: https://www.labdood.com/privacy-policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that the App may process certain Discord-related information, which may include Discord user IDs, usernames, server IDs, channel IDs, role information, command content, message content where permitted and necessary, configuration settings, logs, timestamps, usage data, error reports, and other information needed to operate and improve the App.
We will use reasonable efforts to collect only information reasonably necessary for the App’s development, operation, security, debugging, abuse prevention, and improvement.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, regulated data, passwords, private keys, payment card information, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive information to the App unless we have expressly agreed in writing that the App is designed to handle that information.
We may retain App-related data for as long as reasonably necessary for development, operation, security, auditing, debugging, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.
You may request deletion of data associated with your use of the App by contacting us at aed@labdood.com. We may need information from you to verify the request and locate relevant records.
Some data may not be deleted immediately if retention is required or permitted for security, legal compliance, backup, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.
Server owners or administrators may remove the App from a server at any time through Discord’s permission and integration controls.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the App and related data. However, no system is perfectly secure, and the App is in development.
You agree not to attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, or compromise the App’s security, rate limits, authentication, permissions, infrastructure, or data.
If you discover a security issue, vulnerability, exposed credential, data leak, or bug, you agree to notify us promptly at aed@labdood.com and not publicly disclose or exploit the issue without our written permission.
The App is currently free. We may introduce, change, remove, or modify fees, subscriptions, limits, plans, trials, credits, or paid features at any time.
If paid features are offered, payment terms, billing cycles, cancellation procedures, refund terms, taxes, and renewal terms will be provided at or before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The App may interact with or depend on Discord, hosting providers, databases, analytics providers, AI services, payment processors, APIs, open-source software, or other third-party services.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, security, terms, policies, content, pricing, outages, or changes.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
The App, including its software, design, workflows, commands, documentation, branding, names, logos, interfaces, databases, code, models, prompts, systems, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the App.
You may not use our names, logos, branding, or trademarks without our prior written permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, comments, feature requests, or recommendations about the App, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, and commercialize that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
We are not required to use your feedback or keep it confidential.
We may update, modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or remove any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.
We may impose usage limits, rate limits, access restrictions, testing windows, feature flags, waitlists, or eligibility requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe:
you violated these Terms;
you violated Discord’s terms, policies, or rules;
your use creates legal, security, operational, technical, reputational, or abuse risk;
your use interferes with other users or the App;
continued access is no longer commercially, technically, or legally feasible; or
we choose to discontinue the App or your participation in testing.
You may stop using the App at any time. Server owners and administrators may remove the App from a Discord server at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and data-retention provisions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE APP WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, DELAY, ERROR, DATA LOSS, OR SECURITY ISSUE;
OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES;
BUGS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
THE APP WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE OR FREE;
THE APP WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE DISCORD CHANGES; OR
THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
You use the App at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, ENHANCED, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, CONTENT, USE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE APP IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
your access to or use of the App;
your User Content;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law;
your violation of Discord’s terms, policies, or rules;
your violation of any third-party rights; or

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by updating the effective date, posting a notice, sending a Discord announcement, or otherwise making the updated Terms available.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
