By using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we process in connection with the App.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
Discord’s own collection, use, storage, or sharing of information;
other Discord apps, bots, integrations, servers, or communities;
third-party websites, APIs, services, or tools that are not controlled by us;
information processed directly by Discord under Discord’s own terms and privacy policy; or
information you choose to provide directly to third parties.
Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
The App is in development and may collect operational information needed to test, debug, secure, monitor, and improve the App.
During development, we may log additional technical information to understand errors, command failures, permission issues, latency, abuse patterns, unexpected behavior, or integration problems. We will use reasonable efforts to limit such logging to information reasonably necessary for development, operation, security, abuse prevention, and improvement.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, passwords, private keys, payment card information, government identification numbers, protected health information, financial account information, regulated data, or information about children to the App unless we have expressly agreed in writing that the App is designed to handle that information.

Because the App operates on Discord, information may be processed through Discord systems. Discord may receive information when you use Discord, interact with the App, authorize the App, or configure the App in a server.
Discord’s own privacy policy governs Discord’s processing of information.
Certain App features may make information visible to server owners, administrators, moderators, or users with configured roles or permissions. For example, audit logs, moderation logs, command history, automated outputs, configuration settings, or support features may be visible within configured Discord channels or dashboards.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring the App appropriately and informing server members where required.
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, or government request;
enforce our Terms of Service or other policies;
investigate or respond to abuse, spam, fraud, security incidents, or technical issues;

your Discord user ID;
the Discord server ID, if applicable;
the email address used to contact us, if applicable;
a description of the data you want deleted; and

The App may include automated processing, classification, routing, summarization, or AI-assisted features if such features are enabled.
If AI or automation features are used, we may send relevant inputs, prompts, messages, metadata, or other information to service providers as necessary to provide the requested feature, unless the feature is configured to operate without such providers.
We will not use Discord message content obtained through Discord APIs to train AI, machine learning, or large language models unless expressly permitted by Discord and disclosed in an updated policy or separate written notice.
